Stacey is a passionate educator, speaker, and award-winning author. Her books include a life-changing Christmas tale entitled The Glitter Keeper, along with three books she has written inspiring education. Stacey has been an educator for over twenty-five years. She has spent much of that time empowering women and youth, working on teacher-development projects and parent education. She loves coordinating events of all sizes and is responsible for the formation of--and has participated in--several learning cooperatives. Stacey also loves to offer parents support through many different venues, such as workshops and conferences. Her Mothers' Retreats are famous for rejuvenating and motivating other homeschooling mothers to avoid the infamous condition of "Mother Burnout." To capture the true Stacey, picture a woman flying by the seat of her pants, chocolate in hand. It’s not uncommon to see her rocking out in her yellow slug-bug convertible, screeching to sudden stops, jumping out with camera in hand, and snapping shots of sunflowers, breathtaking sunsets, or dilapidated barns. Stacey's greatest joy is being the Mom to a handful-and-a-half of children. She spends her days right alongside them learning and experiencing all this life has to offer. Milkshake dates with her very own Knight-in-Shining-Armor are a weekly treat, and a lifesaver in this crazy and amazing life!

Katie is a mother of 6, and the biggest thing she's learned being a parent is that these 6 kids were sent here to teach her as much as she teaches them. Each one of them has their strengths and weaknesses, and together as a family they try to figure out how to be their best selves each and every day. Katie loves working with youth. She's spent many hours volunteering as a coach, team mom, Cub Scout leader, and as a youth teacher. They all have so much to look forward to in life, She loves being a part of their journey. She graduated from Ricks College in 1997, and then years later decided that she needed to complete her Bachelors degree. She had two reasons for this; one, it was always a goal of her's, and two, her kids needed to see how important furthering their education is. In 2013 she graduated from BYUI. Katie loves learning and loves to read.
